Public beta is live: NeurFlo Copilot + Automation + Analytics

What’s in the public beta

NeurFlo is now open—no waitlist, no hoops. The beta includes three pieces that work together out of the box: Copilot for natural-language answers, a Workflow Builder for reliable automations, and Analytics for a small set of KPIs you’ll actually look at. Connect Slack, Notion, and Google Drive in a few clicks, ask real questions with citations to the exact files or runs, and ship a couple of lightweight flows that remove the weekly busywork. The idea isn’t to drown you in features; it’s to give you leverage in the first hour. If you’re coming from spreadsheets, copy-pasted reports, and long Slack threads, this should feel calmer and faster from day one.

Copilot: ask and get traceable answers

Type a plain-English question—“Which channel drove the most signups this week?”—and Copilot replies with a concise summary, a small visual if it helps, and links to the underlying sources so you can verify. When you need detail, click into the exact Notion page, Drive file, or workflow run; when you need to share, post to Slack or export a Markdown snippet to Drive. Guardrails are on by default: sensitive strings are redacted, access respects your workspace permissions, and sources are limited to what you connect. The goal is trust and speed in the same response—answers you can quote without a follow-up meeting to confirm where they came from.

Workflow Builder: automate the busywork

Start with a single flow you wish ran itself: new signup → enrich → check plan tier → Slack ping. Triggers can be time-based or event-based (webhooks), steps are clear, and outputs go where your team already works. Branching is visual, retries are built in, and run logs show inputs, outputs, and timing so you can debug quickly. You’ll see which step failed, why, and what to try next. Keep flows short and purposeful; it’s easier to maintain three tiny automations than one sprawling monster that nobody wants to touch. Publish with approvals if you’re on a bigger team, and add alerts so failures never go dark.

Analytics: the four cards that keep you honest

Dashboards surface the core four: Active Users, AI Queries, Success Rate, and Average Run Time. A clean weekly trend line and a donut by source add context without noise, and you can schedule digests to your inbox or Slack. When something spikes or sags, anomaly alerts nudge you to investigate instead of relying on someone to notice. Export charts as CSV or images for reports, and use Copilot to ask follow-ups like “What caused the success-rate dip on Thursday?”—you’ll get links to runs, steps, and integrations so the next action is obvious.

Why now (and who it’s for)

We built NeurFlo for lean teams that want leverage without adopting another giant system. The beta is intentionally focused: a small, fast set of capabilities that compound week after week. If you can save a few hours by Monday and make one better decision by Friday, that’s a win that repeats. You don’t need a data engineer to get value; you need a concrete problem and ten minutes of attention. It’s especially good for product, ops, and support teams who juggle sources and want fewer status meetings.

How to get started

Create a workspace, invite a teammate, and connect one source. Ask two Monday prompts in Copilot, then ship one “signups → Slack” workflow using the template. Give everything explicit names (e.g., “Check tier ≥ Pro”) so run logs read like a story. After a week, review what slowed or failed and tighten the steps—cache expensive calls, add a retry, or split a long path into two small ones. Send feedback or request a connector from the in-app form; during beta, your suggestions land directly on our roadmap. Public beta is live—bring us a task you’re tired of doing manually, and we’ll help you automate or answer it faster.
